At Four Leg Photo, our goal is simple — to capture your pet’s true personality in every photo. Here’s how we make that happen:

Step 1: Getting to Know Your Pet
We start with a quick call where you tell us all about your furry friend — their quirks, habits, and personality. Are they goofy and full of energy? A couch potato at heart? Knowing these details helps us plan the perfect approach to make them feel comfortable and act naturally on camera. Not every animal loves camera gear right away, so we’ll come up with a gentle introduction plan to make the experience fun and stress-free.

Step 2: Setting the Scene
Next, we’ll schedule a date and location for your photo-shoot. Can we take these photos in your home? Absolutely! If you’ve got the space, we can set up a mini studio right in your living room — or we can choose a local dog-friendly spot that fits your pet’s personality. Comfort is key, and we want your pet to feel relaxed so we can capture their best moments.

Step 3: The Photo-shoot
How long does it take? That depends — not just on us, but on your pet! Some pups walk into a photo-shoot ready for the spotlight and we’re done in 30 minutes. Others take a little more time to warm up, and that’s perfectly okay. We typically plan for at least one hour to make sure your pet gets comfortable, curious, and ready to show off their best side.

Step 4: When Pets Have “Off Days”
Sometimes, our furry models just aren’t feeling it — and that’s totally normal. If your pet isn’t in the mood, we’ll capture what we can, and if needed, we’ll reschedule for another day. No pressure, no stress — just patience and care to make sure you get the best photos possible.
